Wow! I rode mainline the first time today. I was nervous, locked up my back tire in the beginning, gained a little speed then got things under control. A wee-bit scary! I think next time I’ll feel much more comfortablez
@@LEGENDofBEANY nice. I ride it at least once a week if not twice a week It’s kinda my go to way to get home that’s not as gnarly as the other options in that zone. How did you do exiting? There are a few options. Everything is a dust bowl of doom right now though
@@onecutmedia I went down lookers left after the gut. Seemed like a good step before doing the double black line with the more technical exit. I looked at it and doesn’t seem too terrible. I was on a rental ebike (trying to get it all in while I’m here), so didn’t feel amazing on an unfamiliar bike/brakes. Next summer I’d much rather be on my everydayer to get some of the alternative lines.

Looks like you have Hope Tech 4 and V4 brakes. I have a set myself and use MTX ceramic brake pads. No noise when conditions are dry and only initial noise when wet and then quickly no noise.

@@onecutmedia Yes I go around it as well. The off camber landing towards the tree freaks me out ! I don't have an e-bike but I have a NSR and a Jeep if you ever want to do a shuttle lap sometime !
OMG, I had a Tommy Talker when I was a kid, begged my parents for one for two Christmas's in a row back in the 70's. Finally got him. Funny, don't recall him being so foul mouthed. LOL Parents ended up donating him to charity when I got too old. Who know this guy may be him. LOL

Hey Man...thanks for this review. Im an older guy like yourself, were the same age , and its like my knees have just decided to say "F" it and just stop working. Ive had 5 knee surgeries, 3 on the left and 2 on the right, and to say Ive been hard on my knees would be a gross understatement. How would you say these have helped over the past few years? Ive spent at least a thousand dollars on knee braces and these look like I could have just paid half and got twice the benefits

Had mine a whole season. Love them! I have to push back slightly and say that the Mirus Cor's are indeed good on hard pack. Sharpen your edges, they'll have plenty of bite. I should note that I'm 6'3" 250lbs and ski hard. They are the most fun you can have below 40mph. At 45mph you can feel them get a little skittery but not to the point of danger. Completely missed in the video is this ski's freestyle abilities. I'm doing spins for the first time at 47yrs old. The Mirus Cor will probably bring out the fun side of you!

Nice work, Cougar ridge is no joke. The lower left slab line is awesome as well. White Bronco goes down the steeper slab on the left at the summit.. the only double black part of the entire trail imo. I love the "where are we" at the end. It's not a proper Valleycliffe adventure if you're not lost at least once in your ride 😅
